There’s a lot to celebrate this month. We’re kicking off the start of Lunar New Year and Black History Month. In a few weeks we’ll celebrate our loved ones and our love for ourselves with small tokens of affection. (If you’re a fan of chocolates and candy, be sure to do some serious clearance shopping on February 15!) We may even gather to watch Snoop and Mary or Snoop and Martha. Plus, January is over!
If you’re an Aldi fan, you know that a new month also means a fresh batch of Aldi Finds. We got a sneak peek at the list of what’s to come, and it’s a fun one! There are dips, bites, balls, and sticks, as well as heat-and-eat meals and dinner shortcuts. Plus, an Irish cream that screams, “I love you all!” We narrowed it down to the 10 we’re most excited about. Happy February to you!
1. Specially Selected All Butter Croissants, $2.99
These all butter croissants are imported from France, which means you can wake up, roll out of bread (er, bed), and pretend you’re sitting in a Parisian café. Starting February 16, all you need is one of these flaky pastries, a freshly brewed espresso, and a passport to your vivid imagination.
2. Breakfast Best French Toast Meatballs, $5.99
If you’re torn between sweet and savory, these fully cooked breakfast pork meatballs are the way to go. They’re French toast-flavored! They also come in a Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar Cheese option. Both are available in the freezer section starting February 16.
3. Appetitos Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese Bites, $3.99
Buffalo sauce, three cheeses, pasta, and juicy chicken combine forces to form one delicious bite in a crispy panko crust. There’s also a sharp white cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and crispy bacon version. Both come 12 to a box and hit stores on February 2.
4. Appetitos Spinach Artichoke Dip, $4.99
This frozen spinach and artichoke dip is perfect for gatherings. It says so right on the box! It also says it microwaves in four minutes, which is basically an extended commercial break. It’s available starting February 2, along with its cousin: a Buffalo-style chicken dip.
5. Earth Grown Vegan Mozzarella Sticks, $3.69
Earth Grown’s line of vegan foods continues to expand and we can’t get enough! This month, they’re bringing Mozzarella- and Cheddar-Style sticks to the frozen foods section. Both are coated in breadcrumbs and available starting February 2.
6. Mama Cozzi’s Pizza Kitchen Tavern Style Supreme Pizza, $5.99
Mama Cozzi’s. Tavern Style. Extra Loaded. Supreme Pizza. Find it starting February 2! Made with 100% real cheese and a thin crust topped with Italian sausage, red onion, red and green bell peppers, pepperoni, AND mushrooms. If only it was shaped like a heart! (Fear not: There’s a take-and-bake heart-shaped cheesy bread “2 share” this month as well.)
7. Fusia Asian Inspirations Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, $2.45
How do Sesame Teriyaki wings sound? In addition to the Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, Sriracha Teriyaki and Orange Ginger will be in stores starting February 9. Stock up your pantry.
8. Priano Gourmet Spicy Garlic Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, $1.89
Jarred pasta sauces are not to be underestimated, and this month we have three to add to the mix. Beyond the deliciously Spicy Garlic Arrabbiata, there’s a Vegetable Primavera, and, if you want a more meaty flavor, Italian Sausage and Peppers. All are available starting February 23.
9. Loma Linda Plant Based Protein Chipotle Bowl with Black Beans, $2.99
The award for Ultimate Weeknight Helper this month goes to Loma Linda. In just 60 seconds, you can have a plant-based meal — or three — ready to go. Choose from Chipotle Bowl with Black Beans, Taco Filling, or Pad Thai with Konjac Noodles. Or don’t and, on February 9, pick up one of each.
10. Connellys Strawberry Country Cream, $8.99
We know you’re not supposed to judge a wine by its label, but has anyone said anything about judging Irish cream by its color? *Checks the room* No! While chocolate-covered strawberries are the unofficial fruity mascot for February 14, this rich, indulgent, PINK, country cream is a fun twist. And it’s available starting February 9.
